Title Buttons are not activated unless with a very short click . How to make that longer clicks would work too?
(`Window Settings\Global Options\Title Buttons\Options\Show context menu on "long" left click` doesn't seem to affect that)

Did title buttons always work like this for you or the problem started recently?
Does the problem affect all title buttons in all applications?
What our product you're running (name, version)?
Could you specify the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The window containing the build number will appear).
