I just purchased a license for Actual Virtual Desktops today and I am having a problem registering it. When I enter my license key and press ok it says that my Name/Key combination is invalid. The problem is that the name field is greyed out so I can't type anything in it.

Thank you for contacting us.
Could you open the Renew License window (AVD configuration module > Tools > License > Enter new license key) and make a screenshot of it before typing anything into the License key field. Send the screenshot to us. You can send it to bogdan@actualtools.com.
