When I go to register actual virtual desktops I put in my key and it says wrong registration name/key combination. I went to type in my name and the box is grayed out and doesn't let me type.

Was the software previoulsy registered on this system?
Take a screenshot of the "Renew license" window as soon as you open it in the configuration module (AVD configuration module > Tools > License > Register/Enter new license key) and send it to bogdan@actualtools.com.
