Any help would be grateful, just not entirely sure how to remove the drop down button, specifically this one

Thank you for contacting us.
You need to go to the settings that are applied to the window (Default Settings or particular specific settings of the Actual Tools program), go to the Title Buttons section and disable the option "Show the grouping button" at the bottom part of the section.
To go right to the settings that are applied to particular window click the "Manage window settings" extra window menu item and then click the "Modify applied settings" item of the opened submenu.
