I'm using XAMPP (specifically, the Portable Apps version of XAMPP, but I don't think that should make any difference), and on running xampp_start.exe, what looks like a regular command window opens with some debug and status info relating to the services which sit behind XAMPP. However, even with console support enabled (and working if I Start->Run->cmd.exe), I don't get any titlebuttons on the XAMPP window.
Is there something specific about certain kinds of console-based windows which means it won't work?
