I had been able to open several file explorer windows and have one open on each monitor (the same with MS Word or Excel files). I recently upgraded and now I cannot do this. So both taskbars show the files but I cannot open one on Monitor 1 and another on monitor 2. I am obviously doing something wrong - just can't figure out what.

Thank you for contacting us.
But how are the folders open? Do you mean the explorer windows are grouped within tabbed container window? If yes, then you need to disable the Tabbed Explorer feature (Actual Window Manager configuration module > Files and Folders > Tabbed Explorer > Group Explorer windows within tabbed containers).
