With Vivaldi 2.8 i can Minimize to tray with the Browser mimimize Button. I Dont use the AWM Overlay Buttons.
With Vivaldi 2.9 (Chrome 78 based) its not working. Also the Keyboard Schortcut for AltMin is not working.

I installed "4t Tray Minimizer Free" and its working with a shortcut "Shift+ESC" can minimize Vivaldi 2.9 to Tray.
I hope Actual Window Minimizer get a Update soon for this issue?! I used it for many Years and dont want switch to another App permanently.
Edit: RBTray can also minimize Vivaldi 2.9, its an AWM only Bug

The problem with the latest version of Vivaldi 2.9 is similar to the problem with Chrome described in , although it seems to be consistent unlike the problem with Chrome, which was temporary.
As it was with Chrome, the latest version of Vivaldi 2.9 is not affected by Actual Tools programs if Actual Tools program is installed with disabled option "Support system utilities and administrative tools". This problem seems to be associated with some changes in Chrome (as Vivaldi is Chromium based browser). We'll try to fix the problem. For now you can reinstall the program and enable the mentioned option during the installation.

I tried the Reinstall with enabled System Utility Support for sure before i create this thread here.
It dont work with Vivaldi.

Please make sure Actual Window Minimizer is installed with "Support system utilities and administrative tools" option enabled (see whether the Registy editor window is affected or not, if it's affected then the option is enabled) and make sure specific settings for Vivaldi is enabled in AWM configuration module.
If the problem still persists, then provide the exact version of Vivaldi you're running.
Also specify the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The Window containing the build number will appear).
Send us your AWM configuration using the Send to Tech Support tool (AWM configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support). Change the "To..." email address to bogdan@actualtools.com and add a link to this topic in the email.

- Registry Editor Window: Checked i can minimize it to tray
- Vivaldi is configured (as i say, it works with vivaldi <2.9). Target Window: Chrome_WidgetWin_1
- Running Vivaldi Version: 2.9.1705.38 (Stable channel) (64-Bit)
