There is a bug in the new version 8.1.3:
If a program is removed from the taskbar at startup, it will be displayed there again after waking up the computer (save energy mode, sleep mode). Then you have to close it and open it again, very annoying.
This worked in previous versions.

Thank you for contacting Actual Tools Support Service.
Please specify your OS (version, 32 or 64-bit), which version of Actual Window Manager you are running (AWM -> Tools -> Help -> About), clarify what you mean by "a program removed from the taskbar" (you delete a pinned icon from the taskbar?) and send us your configuration files (Actual Window Manager -> Tools -> Configuration -> Send to Tech Support).
Please also specify which exactly applications you are able to reproduce the issue with.
