Icons in my second monitor taskbar are stacked on top of each other, rather than in a line, so the taskbar is three times larger than it should be. How do I unstack the icons?

Could you send us a screenshot of the taskbar with icons?
Is the taskbar the same size when it has no icons on it?
Have you tried to change the taskbar size with mouse pointer (drag the mouse pointer to the edge of the taskbar, then hold the left mouse button when double arrow pointer appears and move the pointer up and down, the "Lock the taskbar" option in the taskbar context menu should be disabled)?
