Dear Bogdan,
After I updated my Windows 10 yesterday to the creators update, version :1703 (build 15063.540),
both of these problems seems to be fixed. The explorer tab doesnt seem to go black on the borders around anymore etc, and the notification center tab in taskbar doesnt display those odd numbers anymore.
I will keep looking into this to see if its actually fixed/gone away with the updates.
However the only problem im having right now is the taskbar issue which ive made a thread for here:
