Are you able to successfully change the second monitor orientation in the "Monitors Layout and Settings" section of the AMM configuration module? Are you able to do this via the standard Windows "Screen Resolution" settings?
What video card driver is installed in your system (driver provider, version)?

Orientation: Yes; Position: No (profile doesn't work anymore)

I can set up my monitors via Windows settings as desired (orientation + position). If I save the profile by applying windows settings > Create new profile, it still doesn't work from within AMM.
I'v got a GTX 960 TI with Nvidia driver version 368.39.
