Hi,
I have found the Title Buttons just get in the way of my work, more often they appear over the minimise button or if I have a lot of tabs open in a browser, I can't access some tabs.
Opening Actual Monitors I navigated to Windows Settings > Specific Settings. You can disable the buttons on each application but is the global option instead?

Hi Chris,
First, you need to disable title buttons in Windows Settings > Default Settings. Specific Settings inherit option values from Default Settings automatically so this should fulfill your request. If any buttons remain though you will be able to disable them in certain specific settings.
