i am constantly having to restart the Task bar because it locks up on second monitor. Running windows 10, and 64 bit

What our product are you running (name, version)?
Could you name the exact number of the Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The Window containing the build number will appear).
Could you describe the problem more detailed? What do you mean by "taskbar locks up"? Does it stop responding to any mouse actions? How do you restart the Task Bar?
