I have been a user of Actual Multiple Monitors for several years. I use three screens. However Windows 10 update last night left me without Actual Multiple Monitors. I have been finally able to re download the app latest version but can only see two monitors. This is on a Surface Pro 3 with HP monitor 2082a and HP w2207.

Do you mean Actual Multiple Monitors disappeared from your Surface Pro 3 after update to Windows 10? Have you tried to find the installation folder of Actual Multiple Monitors manually?
Is the third monitor recognized when Actual Multiple Monitors is not launched?
