According to my antivirus program Actual multiple monitors contains a virus/trojan, which has now been removed Alexa some9ihtng or other. However Actual multiple monitors no longer works

I just got the same, with AVG alerting for ADP.Alexa.51. Any word on this, devs? I suspect (hope!) it's a false positive, but I won't re-enable AMM until I find out for sure.

Chris, Thank you for the report. Please could you specify the exact location of that "IDP.Alexa.51" threat file in your system? Also, this article may be helpful (especially, the "AVG Identity Protection (standalone) detects infection on a clean/harmless file" section).

I got this too with AVG. Object name is C:\Program Files (x86)\Actual Multiple Monitors2\ActualMultipleMonitorsCenter.exe Same process running also claimed to have IDP>Alexa.51 I had an issue installing a version a while ago (hence the version 2 of the directory) I assume this a false positive - let me know what you think.

Hello, Adrian No doubt it is a false positive. You can upload the file on Virustotal and scan it – Virustotal doesn't detect any malware in this file. Best regards.
