I just updated my computer to the latest version of Windows 10 preview and now the actual tools bar on the top of the windows looks weird and covers up the minimize control.

Hello Derek,
Thanks for the post.
The Windows 10 title buttons look changes from build to build. That's why we are not changing our factory settings at the moment.
You could adjust the "Shift the buttons horizontally" option (Actual Window Manager -> Window Settings -> Default Settings -> Title Buttons tab -> Shift the buttons horizontally) to avoid the issue.
