Using AMM 8.0.3 windows 8.1 64 bit
Running Classic Shell 4.0.2
1/2 of classic shell start button icon appears in upper left corner of monitor 1.
The 1/2 icon does not appear until taskbar of monitor 2 appears.
When AMM taskbar is disabled and native win 8 taskbar enabled, the problem is not there.

This problem has been fixed in the current 8.1 version of Actual Multiple Monitors (download link - ).
Could you confirm this?
