I'm running 8.1 with classic shell.
I can't move any icons on my primary monitor.
Also, is there any way to make 8.1 mail start on monitor 2? I've tried windows settings with no success.

What exactly icons are you writing about (desktop icons, taskbar icons...)?
What our porduct are you running (name, version)?

Actual Multiple Monitors v8.0.3
On 64 bit windows 8 pro, 12G memory, 2 monitors.

Do you have the "Auto arrange icons" option enabled (desktop context menu -> View -> Auto arrange icons)?
Are you able to move icons with Actual Multiple Monitors unloaded?
