It seems that I've found an issue with Actual Tools 4.3 for Vista when it's running as a tray item (i.e. started) and trying to add a new Firewall Rule in Administrator Tools -> Windows Firewall with Advanced Security on Vista RTM. As soon as you click on Add Rule, the GUI hangs and you have to force quit. If you disable Actual Tools in the tray and try again to Add a Rule, the firewall GUI works as expected.
I don't have Actual Transparent Window set for All Windows nor do I have the Firewall Control Applet set for transparency.

Matt, thanks for the report. The bug is confirmed and will be fixed in the next update of Actual Tools.

The described bug seems to be fixed in the recently released beta 2 of Actual Window Manager 4.4. Please check it out.
