I have three monitors: Monitor 1 (laptop), Monitor 2 (LG 32" 1920x1080) and Monitor 3 (Vizio 32" 1920x1080). When I open Control Panel from the taskbar on Monitor 3 and choose "Mail (32)" it always opens on monitor 1 and I have to drag it to monitor 3. I'm trying to do a training video and monitor 3 is clean (no icons). How do make all apps I open on the monitor that I opened them from? (i.e. Monitor 3).

Giovanni,
You should try the "Move at startup to monitor - Having mouse pointer" option in the "Window Settings - Default Settings - Startup" panel.
