I WAS using the trial version and decided I did not need the software any longer. The software will NOT uninstall. The uninstaller Just sits there No real progress bar. it doesn't move, the program does not get uninstalled. I cannot kill the uninstaller with task manager either.
I am running the uninstall exe as Administrator

What OS are you running (version, 32 or 64-bit)?
What our product are you running (name, version)?
How did you installed the software? Have you run the installation file as administrator?
What is the installation folder for the product?
Have you tried to run the uninstall exe as as usual user?
