Is it possible to be able to remove the second start menu button? I do not see any setting to remove the second start menu button on the second screen. I am using version 4.1

Are you talking about Actual Multiple Monitors version 4.1?
There is the option "Show the Start Button" in the taskbar context menu (taskbar right click). You need to disable it.
