Hi,
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit
Just upgraded to Actual Multiple Monitors 4.3 and I have lost the desktop right-click context menu with the Next Slide option (for slide show background spanning both monitors). Uninstalling then reinstalling did not help. Can you advise, please?

This is known bug, it's already fixed. You will be able to see it in the next version.
