Are you able to launch Chrome with the shortcut that locates at
C:\.... .\App Data\Roaming\Actual Tools\Actual Multiple Monitors\PinnedSites\
Is it named Google Chrome(2).lnk?

Yes able to launch from the shortcut in there.

I tried but it doesnt run on my system. Immediately after loading AMM force closes
