Hello,
I'm having issues with the taskbar on my second monitor where every time I maximize a window (any window, web browser, mi computer, etc.) ignores the taskbar on the bottom, it hides behind the window and the window extends all away down. I tried to play with the settings and nothing seems to help.
Actual Multiple Monitor version 4.2
OS: Windows 7 32-bit

I figured out. I had to righ click on the second task bar and make sure that "on Top" option was check.
