I have tried making my own custom icons to assign for certain window rules using a icon converter software, but when I assign these icons through the window settings and apply the settings, I just get a "blank" icon (just gray space). I tried converting various file formats including jpegs, gifs, and PNG, but still not working. Can you tell me why it isn't working?

What exactly our product are you running (name, version)?
I tried to reproduce the issue with Actual Window Manager 7.2 but no success, it works fine.
Are you trying to assign the .ico file as the custom icon? What resolution does it have?
